Private Art Deco Home | Surbiton

This lovely Art Deco home was in much need of some TLC with the external render having blown and severe damp issues. Our clients had also outgrown it, however were reluctant to move.

We designed a new double-story rear extension, proving them with a larger kitchen and separate utility room and dining room on the ground floor.

On the first floor, we created a spacious master bedroom with ensuite.

We also specified an external thermal insulation which has proved tremendously successful.
